About Institute for Scientific Research and Development (ISRD)

The Institute for Scientific Research and Development was established in 2012,
in Ulcinj. Initially a group of intellectuals and scholars from Ulcinj started the
establishment with the support of Novi Sad scientists. Legally known as a
Judicial Person, it has been established as a joint-stock company that is open to
all researchers, especially from Ulcinj, creating the premise for faster growth
and development of its municipality, as well as for the region. Many young
people from Ulcinj will be able to improve in their community and with less
cost than moving to larger cities of their country or beyond.
The main goal of the Institute is to strengthen training and scientific research in social fields. The
Institute is mainly following business economic researches (business enterprises) and is focused in some
main areas such as:
 The economy field
 The area of law
 Mathematical, statistical and information sciences
 Social sciences
 Areas of training and retraining of staff for the economy
 Fields of publishing activity and librarianship
The program of this Institute is strengthening the scientific researches, contributing to a faster
development of the Ulcinj municipality, bringing additional income, developing cooperation with other
institutions and allowing faster transfer of knowledge and technology. Its funding sources are national
and international. They come from the conferences and publishing’s they realize.
About The Conference
The conference aims to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas on the Multidisciplinary Research on
Social Science, Management and Technology in Covid Era. The conference aims to provide a common
platform for researchers from the Academia as well as the Industry to discuss and present their research
work and also will try to provide an opportunity for collaboration among them.
Call for Research Papers
We invite papers from Academicians, Researchers, Business Leaders, Experts and Executives from
industry to submit original and unpublished work on any of the Themes given below. However the
Themes are indicative. The researchers can submit the paper relevant to the conference. Authors should
electronically submit full length paper in MS word, maximum 8 -10 pages.

 PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Manuscripts should be submitted preferably through email and the research article / paper should preferably not
exceed 8 – 10 pages in all. The abstract should of 350 words in 12 points italic Times New Roman with minimum
4 to 5 keywords Manuscripts should be typed in 12 font-size, Times New Roman, single spaced with 1” margin on
a standard A4 size paper. Manuscripts should be organized in the following order: title, name(s) of author(s) and
his/her (their) complete affiliation(s) including zip code(s), Abstract (not exceeding 350 words), Introduction, Main
body of paper, Conclusion and References

All papers of this conference will also be reviewed jointly by the Conference review panel and respective
Journal reviewing teams. All the selected authors will be offered for publication in our associated journal
IJRMSS having ISSN: 2394-7780, Impact Factor 6.44 and Few selected papers will be published in
International Scientific Journal Monte (ISJM) having ISSN: 2661-2666 (free of cost)

Few selected papers will be published in SCOPUS, Web of Science, SCI, ABDC and UGC CARE listed
journals. The Article Processing Fee will be collected separately from the author depending on the journal.
