SP100 - (75 Mic) Tds

Grade SP-100 is a 75 micron synthetic, white opaque paper with corona treated surfaces on both sides. It is non-tearable, completely recyclable, moisture resistant, unaffected by grease and common solvents. The paper is dimensionally stable, durable, weather resistant and can be printed via offset and silk screen processes. It can also be folded, sheeted, stapled and hot foil stamped. The paper has a thickness variation of 5%, surface tension over 38 dynes/cm, gloss between 6.1-6.6, opacity over 90%, and whiteness index over 90%. Its tear strength is 550-600 kg/cm2 MD and 1100-1200 kg/cm2 TD.
