Computer Based Test (CBT) for the post of Cashier & Store Keeperwas conducted on 08.11.2023 vide ref. above.
'Objection Tracker with answer key' for the CBT was uploaded on the website of AIIMS, Mangalagiri on 11.11.2023
for receiving any appeals/objections and it was active upto 5 PM on 13.11.2023.
All the objections received from the candidates pertaining to the CBT held on 08.11.2023 were analyzed, and it is
hereby notified that, based on the valid objections with approval of competent authority, the following number of
Questions were discarded/dropped in Cashier – 20 (QID: 215, 216, 217, 218, , 219, 220, 221, , 222, 223,
224, 225, 226, 227, 228, 229, 230, 231, 232, 233, 234); Store Keeper – 2 (QID: 547, 57).
Subsequently, based on the marks scored by candidates in the CBTs vide ref. cited above, a list of candidates (in the
ascending order of Application No.), shortlisted for further recruitment process/ interview in 1:3 ratio [i.e. total 3 in
Cahier &7 in Store Keeper candidates (+ tie cases, if any)] against each respective category, will be called for
Document Verification.
The following is the schedule for conduct of Document verification for the shortlisted candidates of Cashier & Store
Keeper.

Important Points:
1. Candidates, who are shortlisted on the basis of CBT result, are required to undergo the Document verification
process as per the schedule provided.

List of Documents to be furnished (Original as well as One Photocopy (self attested)):
i. AADHAR Card
ii. Government ID proof in original (PAN Card/Driving License/ Passport)
iii. Print out of Application form
iv. Certificate of Date of Birth/ Class X
v. All Educational certificates & Experience Certificates as mentioned in the advertisement
vi. Valid Registration certificate for Nurse and Midwife
vii. Caste Certificate (if any) in the prescribed format OBC (latest 1 year)/SC/ST/EWS, If required.
viii. NOC (if any), who are presently working in Govt. organizations
2. The candidates must note that failure to attend the document verification at the scheduled time or failure to bring
all the required documents in original, will lead to cancellation of their candidature from the concerned post and
will not be proceeded for Interview.
3. In exceptional circumstances, if any candidate fails to produce any original document, she/he must submit a
Notary/Affidavit on standard stamp paper stating the reason for not producing the certificate and that the original
document will be produced during reporting for joining of service, if selected. The decision of the competent
authority is final in this regard.
4. Please come prepared to stay one more day after the schedule dates, in case, schedule over-runs.
5. No TA/DA will be provided for attending interview/document verification.
