Dear Mr N SIVA KUMAR
Sub: LETTER OF OFFER

Further to the interview held on 18.12.2018 at your college, we are glad to inform you that, you have been selected
as Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in our Foundry Department under following terms and conditions.

1. All Subjects are to be passed by you in all years. There should not be any backlogs.
2. The course completion and all original marks memos should be submitted at the time of joining.
3. The provisional certificate is to be submitted for verification immediately after receipt of the same.
4. The salary of Rs. 2.40 Lakhs CTC per annum will be paid to you. You will be eligible to get free bachelor
accommodation in our Dormitory, Food on free of cost.
5. You will be under training period for a period of 12 months and probation for a period of 6 months.
6. You are also eligible for Attendance Bonus (monthly), Bonus (annual), Gratuity (As per ACT) and any
other facilities eligible to your grade time to time.
7. After receipt of this offer letter, you should not work with any other industry before joining with us.
8. Medically fit certificate should be submitted at the time of joining.
9. Aadhaar card copy with DOB in (DD/MM/YYYY) format and 4 recent passport size photos are to be
submitted as identity proof.
10. All Original educational certificates are to be submitted for verification and Xeroxes for our records.
11. The offer is valid who joins us on or before 31
st May 2019, failing which the offer will be automatically

cancel without any further correspondence.


12. The detailed letter of appointment will be issued to you after completion of joining formalities.
