The promotion project will be started from 22nd May to 25 th May for the production
process from creating pr videos to banner for the platform’s website

Description of Internship/Project

I’m currently working for Softdreams – a company in charge of providing information


technology products and services for life, production and business. And on June 2023,
Softdreams decided to release a new production and this promotion project is created to
head to the release of Softdreams’s new product called Ekyc- The user account
authentication. The promotion campaign including Pr video, Banner for the product’s
website

My Objectives for doing Internship/Project (use the SMART approach for this – specific,
measurable, attainable, relevant and timely)

Specific : The promotion video of Ekyc will reach 1000 views on the second week of the
month
Measure: Based on what the type of customer that the product focus on is the people who
working on company and they want the product that contribute the work when it comes to
analyzing workers. So it’s hard to achieve more tha 1000 views over 2 weeks
Achievable: To attract the viewers, the video along with the website of Ekyc will reach the
expected number of views, the link of the video always being sent on the group for
customer services on Zalo and facebook the company’s wall on facebook
Realistic: It’s a worthy direction to promote new product of Softdreams because once a new
product released, all what people need is a guide including the features from that product
and especially the detail that might be interesting to be given to the public
Timebound: By giving the great quality for the video, creating good content to make video
being more attractive also by designing website, i have to give the good looking theme and
good quote to attract the viewers
Please attach a timeline of engagement (internships = dates and days of work; project
dates and days/hours of work)

22nd May: Filming the TVC for Ekyc and writing content for Website’s banner
23rd May - 24th May: editing and finishing the content and transferring to the Marketing
team and company’s managers to watch and give comments and the content of Banner for
website will be handed down to another member that in charge of web designing to finish
29th May: The video will fully be uploaded
The hours of work that i estimated around 4 hours/day since i can only work in the company
as partime- internship
