single and a resident of Barangay Bucana,
Nasugbu, Batangas

TIME AND DATE RECEIVED: 1000H 31 October 2023

REQUESTING PARTY/UNIT:

SPECIMENS SUBMITTED:

1. One (1) latent print with markings "EQS 1" mounted on the Crime scene search data
form marked as "Q-1"

2.Ten print card of the suspect JOSH ASHLEY y CUSTODIO recorded/fingerprinted


on September, 2023 by Police Corporal Elmar Dumasig of Police Station 7, BCPO,
Batangas marked as "S-1"

PURPOSE OF LABORATORY EXAMINATION:

To conduct scientific examination and analysis on the submitted specimens


whether or not they were impressed by one and the same person.

FINDINGS:
Microscopic comparative examination of the "Q-1" and "S-1" showed that "Q-
1" have similar ridge characteristics with the "S-1 "Q-1" and "S-1" bears the same
fingerprint pattern, the specimens are clear, the ridge location of the ten (10) ridge
characteristics are clearly shown situated in the same areas of "Q-1" and the Right
Thumb of "S-1".

CONCLUSION:

That "Q-1 bears congruent or similar ndge characteristics with the Right Thumb in S 1
That Q-1" and "S-1" were fingerprint impressions of one and the same person
REMARKS:
The original copy of this report is retained in this office for future reference
