This is to inform you that the school has arranged a Tour to Vadodara & Ahmedabad with
Statue of Unity for the students of Standards 6 for between the dates 15th January, 2024 to
18th January, 2024.
Mentioned below are the details of the trip:
VENUE : Vadodara & Ahmedabad with Statue of Unity
ACCOMMODATION : In star category hotel or resort on four sharing basis with attached bath and
all modern amenities.
TRANSPORTATION : Mumbai to Destination By AC Chair Car
In and around by non ac coaches
MEALS : Delicious Jain / Veg buffet meals accompanied with branded snacks and
chocolates at regular intervals during journey.
TRIP COST : Rs. 15,500/- per student
1 Installment Rs. 5,000/- on or before 28th November 2023

few days prior to departure as this is just a suggested itinerary and details may change depending on days
selected and as per availability of Transport, Logistics & Accommodation.
Enrolment process: The last date for enrolment for students 28th November, 2023 any form & payment if paid
after the enrolment date will not be valid.
Cancellation Charges:
90 days prior to departure cancellation : 30% of the trip cost will be deducted as cancellation charges
70 days prior to departure cancellation : 40% of the trip cost will be deducted as cancellation charges
50 days prior to departure cancellation : 60% of the trip cost will be deducted as cancellation charges
30 days prior to departure cancellation : 80% of the trip cost will be deducted as cancellation charges
15 days prior to departure cancellation : 90% of the trip cost will be deducted as cancellation charges 05 days
prior to departure cancellation : 100% of the trip cost will be deducted as cancellation charges

Itinerary for the Vadodara and Ahmedabad with Visit to the Tallest
& the Grandest “STATUE OF UNITY”
Day – 1 – Mumbai to Vadodara
Early morning assemble at School & board bus for Mumbai Central station. Reach Mumbai
Central and board train for Vadodara. Reach Vadodara & Check In to hotel.
After lunch visit Amul milk factory Anand (subject to permission) or visit Vadodara Museum
and picture gallery. Back to hotel in the evening. Dinner will be served. Overnight Stay in
Vadodara Hotel.
Day – 2 – Statue of Unity
Morning after early breakfast leave for visit to THE WORLD TALLEST & GRANDEST
STATUE OF THE WORLD “The Statue of Unity”
Reach and spend the day at “The Statue of Unity”

Day – 3 – Vadodara to Ahmedabad
Morning after breakfast leave for Ahmedabad.
Reach Ahmedabad & have lunch. Evening leave for
Akshardham Temple to see and view the Sound,
Water Jet Fountain Laser Show. Return to Hotel for
Dinner. Overnight in hotel.
Day – 4 – Ahmedabad
Morning after breakfast leave for visit to Sabarmati Ashram and Adalaj Step Well. Back
to hotel for Lunch or packed lunch at station as per time permitting. Leave for station to
board train. Evening around 9.00pm arrive at Borivali station and depart home with
sweet memories of the trip.
