Assessment: Effects of Cyberbullying

TASK: In this task, you will look at the effects of cyber bullying on another person.
You will need to be able to identify how a person who is cyber bullied would feel and
what you can do to help.

Create a short film/video demonstrating how someone being bullied would feel. You
need to create a realistic scenario where bullying could occur and then focus on the
effects of that bullying on the person. You can work in groups of no more than four
for your presentation and everyone must appear in front of the camera at some stage.

FILMING – You will have two lessons in class to complete any planning (storyboard template in
booklet) and filming you want. Filming can be completed in or outside of school hours.
**Important** Any filming done at school you MUST use your iPad or laptop. No mobile phones are
allowed to be used.

ASSESSMEMENT REQUIREMENTS - In your presentation, you need to focus on:

2. Long term effects of bullying
3. What you, as a friend, can do to help the person being bullied.

Assessment Filming – Storyline


Assessment: You need to look at the effects of cyber bullying on another person. YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO
IDENTIFY HOW A PERSON WHO IS CYBER BULLIED WOULD FEEL AND WHAT YOU CAN DO TO HELP.

In groups of 2-4 people create a short 3-5min video to demonstrate the causes and
effects of cyber bullying. In your scenario or situation you need to explain the point of view:
