TRAINING DESCRIPTION INCLUDING LEARNING OBJECTIVES
This training aims to provide proper awareness, knowledge, and skills for the students
taking part in the program to understand, learn how to deal with, be safe, and be able
to fight and survive against the dangers and violence they might face in the real world.
Students will also learn a variety of tips and advice to avoid dangerous situations.
They will also be equipped with the knowledge and skills of using their natural defense
and survival skills from various threats and physical assaults that they may
encounter, From the use of their natural instincts, controlling fear, using their own
voice, how to use their environment, how to fight back with common everyday objects
and above all is how to use their natural body reactions once it sensed that it's about
to face danger.
TARGET TRAINEES
This Training is open for all ages 7 above
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
Training Setup: Regular P.E. Class Setup
Training Attire: Any Comfortable Workout Clothes (students will be given a training
shirt) and Rubber Shoes (also bring a towel and alcohol for every student).
Training Gears : 2 Arnis Sticks, 1 Pair of Gloves, 1 Training T-Shirt
TRAINING FEE
Amount : 2,000Php for the whole Summer Clinic including all gears and Certificate
for the students.
NOTE:
All physical training shall be in the safest and most efficient manner. All precautionary
measures will be done to ensure the safety of everyone from any harm and accident.

Dear Mr. Villarico,
Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to submit our workshop proposal to
your kind office. We are kindly proposing that you allow us to conduct a month long
SELF DEFENSE SUMMER CLINIC for the purpose of introducing and promoting the
importance, knowledge and skills of Self Defense.
Here is our proposal regarding the activities to be carried out by your students during
the course of the Summer Clinic.
There will be a registration fee of 2,000 pesos per student. This will include a pair of
Arnis Stick, a pair of Martial Arts Gloves and a Training Tshirt. Certificates will be
given to all the students who participated in the workshop.
TOPIC: YOUTH SAFETY AND SELF DEFENSE
Thank you very much, and we are very excited to serve you and your students by
sharing the Self Defense knowledge and skills that will surely help them not just
physically but mentally and emotionally.
