YOU CAN HAVE A HAPPY FAMILY LIFE AND A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT THE
SAME TIME

Good afternoon everyone how are you today? First of all i would like to thank all of you
for your time and thank the judge who give me the opportunity to deliver this speech. But, before
we get to the speech let me introduce myself I am a representative from 1 Katapang vocational
high school my name is Niko Indra Darusman it's please to meet you all.

Ladies and gentleman, Do you know what is successful career means ? Do you know Mr.
Barack Obama? If you don't know Barack Obama is the 44th president of United States. Mr.
Obama one said "success isn’t about how much money you make. It’s about the difference you
make in people’s lives”. Now there so many person that have achieved successful career, can
anyone tell me ? The person that have achieved this are PewDiePie, Mark Zuckerberg, Barack
Obama, and many more. Now they have something in common which is a happy family, they
have a happy family and a successful career at the same time.

But in this speech we are going to be focusing on the student side like a successful as a
student and a happy family as a family. As son we have a responsibility to study to make our
parent happy, but we aren't expected to study 24/7. But we can to this things instead to keep our
academic and to make our parent happy.

1. Study with putting enough effort

As a student if we want to achieve a successful career we have to study, but we don't


want to over do it. Study is important because it will help you to achieve successful career.

2. Use the right technique of study

There’s are 3 technique you can use to study and that is listening, visual, and reading.
Use the technique that is best for you so that you can understand the elements better.

Time you have to take your time to enjoy. This will make our mind fresh to get some to
study, because your brain needs rest too.

3. Help our parent


If we want our parent to be happy we have to help them by doing House chores for
example washing the dishes, sweeping the floor, and other. This will make our relationship with
our parent stronger, because it will make our parent happy.

4. Communication

Now this means that if you have a problem that you cannot face alone talk to your parent
maybe they can help you. If a problem you keep yourself and you don’t know the solution you
will be stressed about it and that’s not good.

5. Leave your comfort zone

You leave your comfort zone because if you stick to your comfort zone how will you
learn? This means that you have to Dare yourself to learn something new.

Now i wanna ask you a question do you think you can implement this things? If you can
that's great, but there is a few things you must avoid to.

1. Fearing failure

Sometimes a task feels so intimidating that you’re not sure how you’re going to get it
done, or you fear that you’re going to fail at it. The only way to overcome this fear is to set it
aside and start tackling the task early on.

2. Doesn't listen to parents' advice

If you don’t listen to you’re your parent advice it will make your relationship with your
parent slowly fall apart, because they want you to be good. Parent advice could be useful one day
because they what better for you.

3. Procrastinating

Putting things off until the next day is often the easiest way out, especially when it
appears you have ample time to complete an assignment or to prepare for an exam. But continue
to procrastinate, and this time will be gone before you know it. You’ll find yourself rushing to
complete an assignment the night before it’s due, or going into your exam without the
preparation needed to pass.

Now let's take Conclusion, what i mean by that is you can have a successful career and a
happy family at the same time if you implement the things . There's still many more you can
implement to achieve this goal.
