create a charming beach house called Balay Guti. Located in the town of Sulat in Eastern
Samar, this beach house offers a cozy and scenic retreat just a few steps away from the
sandy shores. Designed to embrace the beauty of the ocean and optimize functionality
within a limited space, Balay Guti is a unique and compact living space that provides an
immersive experience of coastal living.
Despite its compact size, the design of Balay Guti prioritizes both comfort and practicality.
The layout is carefully planned to maximize usable space while creating a seamless flow
between the different functional areas. The living and sleeping area is cleverly combined to
optimize the available square footage, and a compact kitchenette is included to meet basic
culinary needs. The bathroom is designed with space-saving features to ensure convenience
without sacrificing comfort.
To further enhance the coastal living experience, Balay Guti features an outdoor living space.
This area, which may include a deck or patio, allows residents to relax, dine, and appreciate
the stunning ocean views in an open-air setting. It can be designed to accommodate seating,
a small dining area, and even additional amenities such as a barbecue or fire pit, creating
opportunities for enjoyable evenings by the sea.
