Roles & Responsibilities:

 Supervision of full operations in Inbound/Outbound department including vessel arrivals forecast

(vehicle clearance plan), yard and space management.
 Controlling the inventories of new vehicles in different yards though yard management system.
 To overlook all outbound distribution and inbound activities including transportation
management, documentation, and customs procedures to ensure the required service levels
are delivered
 Overall and Direct supervision of Inventory Management across Warehouses and Enforces
Regular Cycle counts set by Stakeholders
 Analyze operations and identify opportunities for cost savings to support the overall cost
savings for the company
 Manage the shift patterns to ensure resources are allocated in an optimum manner,
considering current and anticipated throughput of the warehouse.
 Conducting Perpetual & cyclic inventory to ensure system and physical stocks are matching at all
times.
 Providing Assistance to operations manager, and preparing essential management reports
reflecting daily KPI’s and operational strategy.
 Evaluating the work assigned to the teams involved in daily operations and rate them accordingly
for their performance.
 Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and
practices.
 Fully involved in conducting refreshment training and conducting demo test for the employees
involved in handling/delivering the vehicles to the customers.
  Implements and coordinates with all concerned departments in initiating corrective and

 Monitor and verify bills as per the contracts, submitted by 3pl and all Logistics providers for
services delivered and forward to line manager for approval

 Using SAP for multiple functions to include inventory transactions, shipping, reports, and daily
queries.
 Responding to all customer complaints or queries in an efficient manner
 Monitoring shipment movements, taking corrective action on the deviation at appropriate time
with a view to customer service and to avoid additional or mitigate the extra expenses.
 Management of day today’s manpower activities. Obtain meeting time-to-time to motivate team
members and Other Staff.
