Mr. King,
Regarding the Public Disclosure Request that you Cc'd me on, I wanted to provide some information that you may find helpful.
We accepted no funds and were in no way affiliated with accepting funds from the WSLCB for our pro bono work for social
equity applicants. The work we did was solely to help potential licensees work through the application process. Since it was pro
bono, we were not paid by the applicants or the WSLCB. We were not, and have not been included in any WSLCB mentoring
program. If you read the first paragraph of the Cultiva Law blog post that you are citing, the blog post states that WSLCB
committed to provide mentoring services but none had been given. In the blog we express our own frustration for the lack of
support for applicants. This is why we decided to do this ourselves, without financial support from anyone.
Given that no program was implemented or available, we decided to step up and provide those services for free (independently of
the WSLCB). As far as money goes, as you will discover with your Public Disclosure Request, Cultiva received nothing.
I would add that we had limited resources for providing free legal representation. We stated in the same blog post, in the second
to last paragraph, that we were limiting our pro bono services to business formation, document preparations and application for a
license. Not appeals.
Lastly, I did represent Peter Manning. Like a majority of the medical marijuana cases that I handled in this time period, I got his
case dismissed. I fought like hell for the medical cannabis community and even back then, carried a pro bono case load of 30-
60%. Not the best business model but I am proud of the work I did.
I have no further loyalty to Peter Manning and never heard of you, or Kevin, before he reached out to me. If you are going to cast
me as corrupt by connecting me to people I have represented in the cannabis industry, you will find that I have represented
thousands of people in the cannabis industry. And hundreds of the original cannabis industry members as criminals, before
legalization. I am a few degrees separated from everyone in this industry.
Lastly, if you are going to claim that Cultiva Law has some special loyalty to Black Excellence, please look up case # 21-2-
08547-1 SEA.
All that to say, as I said to Kevin on the phone, I wish you the best of luck and find justice in your endeavors.
- Aaron

Great Afternoon Attorney Pelley,
Thank you for your response, which I will share immediately.
While I await responses from the State as to the mentor money, are you aware that any of it actually went out or not?
Thank you for clarifying that you did not work on appeals.
As to # 21-2-08547-1 SEA I am quite familiar with that case and Aaron Manning (true founder of BEiC) took the brunt of that
Action. I referenced in my litigation against Manning and his phony BEiC as probative of the notion that BEiC is Aaron's IP and
that the group mission and IP was violated by Manning when he ran out unbeknownst to all of us and copped that UBI behind our
backs.
Unlike most journos who never print a full story I will most definitely share your response TODAY.
Best regards,
Christopher King, JD

ps - But why not work with Kevin? We had money available and his case is so foul as you can see.

Good Day AHorney Pelley et al.,
We have become aware by way of AHorney Aaron Pelley that CapLva Law provided pro bono services to
Washington Cannabis Equity applicants, to wit:

Cultiva Law’s Pro Bono Program for Social Equity Applicants
BY AARON PELLEY ● MARCH 01, 2023
“Cultiva Law has announced that it will be offering pro bono legal services to qualified
Social Equity Applicants in the Washington state cannabis market. The State of
Washington has chosen to hand-select “mentors” and allocate funding to pay for those
mentors….’

InteresLngly enough, my friend James Kevin Shelton and his brother had long since wriHen CulLva and
specifically asked for help in the so-called cannabis equity movement when the #ACLU lied and said they
don’t do work in the subject area and referred Mr. Shelton to CulLva, to wit:

Greetings Aaron,
My name is J. Kevin Shelton. I was referred to you by the ACLU. We're seeking some legal counsel on a
case that we have against the liquor cannabis board.
Attached is the referral letter from the ACLU and a copy of our pending case against the liquor cannabis
board. Please feel free to contact me and let me know if there is anything further that you need from
us.
I look forward to working with you.
Thanks for your time and attention.

…..But apparently for some reason, in a system involving WA government money and (in)disrecLon, the
Sheltons did not receive any assistance and whereupon made a tacLcal error in their applicaLon that
resulted in a pending Appeal.
Meanwhile, Christopher King, JD “KingCast” and PoliLco have noted to be universal failures, to wit:
