I, Started to join 20 min before with Team app using User name and Password,
but could not be able to join so at last resort I joined with Browser, Examiner
joined just in time, complete formalities and code of conduct and screen the
room it took about 10 min had some normal formal cheat chat and verified
identity by looing at my Passport. She told me as that if I say thank you or start
another question means I have my answer and always look in to camera
when answer.
And started Oral saying that lets start from warm up.
( she means lets started with easiest topic – Bouyage )

11. You are in Narrow channel , You herd two long and to short Blast from
the vessel behind you. Action
Asked her Do I Have sufficient Room to Let her Overtake from Port side
? She said you have sufficient Room ?
She said you have Enough room to take action and explain whole
Process, I was Prepared to explain everything Including Squat, Bank
Effect, Interaction to all steps till over taking, as I explained Squat ,
Bank effect and Interaction she said thank you and Threw new question.

Voyage from Gibraltar to Panama, Your Consideration as a master? ( DO
NOT WANT APEM )
She was specially looking for Boat and Fire drill, Security Drill, Heavy
Weather, TRS and Specially DRAFT FOR PANAMA CANAL TRANSIT.
23. You Heard on PA that there is OIL SPILL, Small amount of oil gone in
water – Acton as Master ( In Previous Question only she mentioned
that vessel in port waiting for Bunkering )
Then also, to be more clear, I clarify that vessel still in port, she said yes.
She wa specifically looking for Permission to taken from port prior Use
of OSD, Report to various Authorities, Logbook and oil record book entry
along with action.

All Details, Dep Prep, along Pilot ladder rigging, Master pilot exchange

29. What is angle of Loll and how will you correct it ? what will be your
main concern .

Then She Smiled and said well that’s all, as long as exam and then Magic
Word come out from her Mouth …. YOU ARE PASS. I wrote most of the
question as far as I remember.
she asked me how was it…I said it was good but there is always room for
improvement. And then some General chit-chat.
Beata Frood is very calm, and practical surveyor, Dose not waste any time,
once she hears what she wants , she moves on, No matter how short the
answer is. if you stuck at some point or make an error and get cornered,
Think practical and get out of the situation without harming, people,
Environment and Property ( PEP ) , If you know the topic, She will try to take
out the answer.
