TANKS
Dear Madam,
We are pleased to submit for your evaluation and consideration our proposal for the
supply of labor, materials, tools, equipment, consumables and supervision in connection with the
above-mentioned project.
A. SCOPE OF WORK
1. Procurement of steel plate materials and delivery to fabrication shop in Tanza,
Cavite.
2. Fabrication of Aboveground LPG bullet tank up to the first tank nozzles in
accordance with the approved drawings and specifications. (250 psi design
pressure)
3. Radiographic testing (100%) of all butt-welds joints.
4. Hydrotesting of tank 1.3 times its design pressure.
5. Surface preparation to SA 2 ½ before application of Amerlock 400 and
application of Amercoat 450 GL UV protection top coat or approved equal.
6. Fabrication of tank skid. Painting with epoxy primer and black top coat.
7. Submission of all test certificates.
8. Turnover of works.

C. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Thirty percent (30%) down payment, balance progress billing.
D. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Mechatrends to secure Fabrication Permit (BLS) from the Government authorized
office before the start of the fabrication.
2. All works are ex-Mechatrends Cavite Shop; delivery not included.
3. Exclusions:
• Supply &Installation of valves & appurtenances on tank and leak
testing/commissioning at site
• Tank Calibration
• Lifting and Loading of Tanks to hauling truck for tanks exceeding 5,000AG
Capacity.
4. Validity: Fifteen (15) Days from date of proposal.
