7. Product (garments) Store:
a) Products should be stored at the YELLOW marked area. YELLOW Board signifying
QUARINTINE status until test is completed and status ascertained
b) Produce should be placed with the ORANGE Board identifying NONCONFORMITY Status
if it found nonconforming.
c) Produce should be placed with the RED Board indicating REJECTED if it is decided
Rejection.
d) When products are passing by quality test /check, those should be stored with GREEN
Board.
NOTE :
1. If any store is under Bonded ware house, there must not be any electric connection. During
Entry into Bonded ware house of transfer to other location, loader / store men should use
Charger /emergency light / torchlight. (Bonded Ware House law)
2. ‘Finished Goods store’ should be separated from production area / Floor and that should be
Declared as “RESTECTED AREA” Segregation must be done buyer/ order wise. (Buyer,
WRAP,
Social Standard requirement)
