WHEREAS, WE, the above named ARBs are the registered owners of agricultural land covered by Collective
Certificate of Land Ownership Award (CCLOA) pursuant to Section 5 of R.A. No. 6657, as amended by Section 10 of
R.A. 9700, embraced by OCT/TCT No. T-2363, more particularly described as follows:
A parcel of land with Lot No. 4272, Cadastral No. Pls-66, Survey Plan No. GSD-09-005720-AR/VLT, LRC
Record No. ___ located at BARANGAY DATAGAN, SINDANGAN, ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, containing a
total area of 83,777 square meters, more or less.
Technical Description
A parcel of land situated in the sitio of Calapog, barrio of Talinga, Municipality of Sindangan, Province of
Zamboanga del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot No. 4272 of the Public Land
Subdivision of Sindangan, being S. 87 deg. 41’E., 12311.78 m. from MBM No. 1, Pls-66, thence..
N. 10 deg. 07 ’W., 54.22 m. to point 2;
N. 6 deg. 08 ’W., 129.13 m. to point 3;
N. 69 deg. 16 ’E., 482.35 m. to point 4;
S. . 10 deg. 08 ’E., 167.84 m. to point 5;
S. 67 deg. 44 ’W., 494.16 m. to point 1;
point of beginning, containing an area of EIGHTY THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN
(83,777) Square Meters.
All points are marked on the ground by Pls. Cyl. Conc. Mons.
WHEREAS, WE, the above named ARBs and legal heirs of the deceased ARB, have agreed to terminate the
collective ownership and for this purpose, have cause the CCLOA be parcelized and the subsequent issuance of
Computerized Titles (c-Titles) per validation and approval of DAR.
WHEREAS, WE, the above named ARBs and legal heirs of the deceased ARB, have agreed for a share in the
parcelized agricultural land covered by CCLOA of an area not exceeding three (3) hectares award limit to each ARB
based on the following:

WHEREAS, WE have agreed to allocate the lots through raffle draw undertaken by the MARPO/Designated
DAR Personnel n/a , or n/a in the presence of n/a BARC or representative of any civic
organization in the area held on ___n/a________ at n/a________.
WHEREFORE, WE have agreed to the subdivision survey and commit ourselves as ARBs of our respective lots
and area allocated and on the corresponding c-Titles to be generated, registered and issued there from by the Registry of
Deeds (ROD).
