HBS758S/H2-758 简易伺服驱动器
一、可选配电机如下:
86HSM80-E1 说明:电机轴径 14mm 转矩 8N.M
86HSM85-BZ-E1(带抱扎) 带有抱扎器
二、可选配编码器线型号
CABLEG-BM8M0(V2.0) 备注:8 米
CABLEG-BM10M0(V2.0) 备注:10 米
CABLEG-BM12M0(V2.0) 备注:12 米
三、HBS758S H2-758 接线说明
1、强电部分 L N 接 50VAC—80AVC 建议 70-75V
2、电机线接口 A+ A- B+ B- 分别接电机线:黑 红 黄 蓝
3、信号线接口 CN1 接口 3 4 5 6 定义为 PUL+ PUL- DIR+ DIR-
4、报警信号接口 CN1 接口 7 8 定义为 ALM+ ALM- 说明(电机错
位,撞机,电机线脱落,驱动器及电机损坏后,7 与 8 将 会输出 5V
信号给上位机停止工作
5、编码器接口 CN2,必需采用我司专用编码器线连接。
四、HBS758S H2-758 调试参数说明
常用参数
P07 细分设置 默认 1600 脉冲/转 可更改(200-65535)
P09 跟踪误差 默认 1000 脉冲报警输出,浮雕设备常设置为 1000 木
工类设备设置为 2000
P10 驱动器输出保持电流默认 40% 可根据负载重调高到 60-80%
P13 滤波时间开关 默认 0 0 表示关闭状态,1 表示打开状态
P14 滤波时间 30 更改 14 一般设置 200-300,可沿时 1-3 毫秒,
可改善机器启动时机器过冲引起的纹路
P16 报警输出电平设置默认 1
1 表示驱动器报警时输出 5V 不报警时输出 0V
0 表示驱动器报警时输出 0V 不报警时输出 5V
P18 脉冲及方向信号电平初使设置默认为 0
用于系统兼容调节改善系统与驱动器配合问题出现的掉脉冲引起来
的错位问题(只有当机器有归率的越刻越深,或越刻越浅时更改)
P19 改变电机方向 默认为 1 ,可更改为 0 时电机方向改变
P29 默认为 1 改变为 0 时,编码器反馈 失效
五、参数更改步骤说明
如:现需要将 P29 设置 0 为 1 电机电流更改为 60 步骤如下
ENT→M→ 通 过 向 上 左 右 键 将 00 更 改 为 29→ENT 再 将 1 改 为
0→ENT→通过向上键将 07 更改 10→ENT 再将 40 改为 60→ENT
→M→M→ENT→用手按住向上键 4 秒种不动后,表示更改保存完
毕
最后显视二位数字 SH 为保存完毕,关电开电后生效
六、新装机器注意事项:
1、按接线说明装配好之后,通电前先查看电机线是否有按要求
的色泽 A+ A- B+ B- 分别为: 黑 红 黄 蓝 连接,若正确后再通电,
然后如果 Y 轴是二轴同向驱动器,需在机器运行这前上电更改
一个驱动器的 19 号参数,此能动做。
2、电机线与编码器线必需按接线说明一一对应连接,(如 X 轴
电机编码器线及 X 轴电机线色泽只能接 X 轴驱动器,且必需用
编码器线连接,不然会报警 020。
3、驱动器二个端子上的 L N 必需都同时接 50-75V 电压,不然
会报警 020。
4、电机在装配过程中装配 连轴器或齿轮时不能对编码器进行
敲打,有几率造成编码器线头及编码器码盘松动,导致运行时
报警 020。
5、电机编码器不能进水,主意出厂前后防水,若编码器进水,
通电后,运行后会报警 020。
6、驱动器参数更改注意事项:新机器在运行前,先根据自己的
要求可更改参数:07 10 19 其它根据自身机器配置要求进行
更改。
7、报警 020 说明:表示位置误差报警。驱动器接收到系统指令后,驱动电机运行时,其运
行位置未达到指令要求的位置
8、报警 001 说明:表示过流报警,一般存在电机线短路,电机线接错,电机线漏电,驱动
器烧坏

Wiring introductions:
1.Strong electricity part L N connect with 50VAC-75AVC
Acceptable voltage 80VAC
2.Motor line interface A+ A- B+ B- Corresponding with
BLACK ,RED ,YELLOW ,BLUE
3.Signal line interface CN1 interface 3 4 5 6 is PUL+ PUL-
DIR+ DIR-
4.Alarm signal interface CN1 interface 7 8 is ALM+ ALM-(if
motor misplace,ram impact machine,motor line loss,driver and
motor are damaged,then 7 and 8 will output 5V signal then it
will stop working)
Parameters Introductions:
P07 is Subdivision .Default is 1600 pulse/revolution. Could
change into 200-65535
P09 tracking error.Default is 1000 pulse alarm output,Relief
working normally is 1000 Woodworking machinery setting is
2000
P10 Driver output holding current default is 40%,could be
adjusted to 60-80% according to load.
P14 filter time30 .Standard setting is 30-300,If delay 1-3
millisecond,could improve the lines when start machine.
P16 Alarming output levels setting default is 1 .
1 means when driver alarms,output is 5V ,not alarms is 0V
0 means when driver alarms,output is 0V ,not alarms is 5V
P18 Pulse and direction signal electricity level default is 0 (Used
For procedure dislocation caused by pulse missing of system
compatible adjustment and driver coordination )---(Only need
you to change it when machine engraving more and more deeper
or more and more lighter regularly)
P19,Change the motor direction.Default is 1 if could be changed
to 0,then motor direction is changed.
P29,Default is 0 could be set between 0 to 1
(1, representor Encoder feedback close )
Parameters changing steps introduction:
For example: Now we need to set the P29 change 0 into 1 ,c
current 60.we need to do as below:Press ENT-->M-->Press up
left right button change 00 into 29-->ENT change 0 into 1--
>ENT-->Press up button change 07 into 10-->ENT Change 40
into 60 -->ENT-->m-->M-->ENT-->Press up button for at least 4
seconds,means you have saved the setting already.Finally,it
shows ‘SH’ means you have saved the setting
successfully.Switch off,Switch On.then it is ok now.
New machine note:
After assembling is finished according to lines connection
introduction.before electricity,you need to check if the motor
lines are connected correctly : A+ A- B+ B- is
BLACK ,RED ,YELLOW ,BLUE respectively.
If correct,then power on,then If Y axis is two axis same direction
driver,then you need to change the parameter 19 before machine
movement.
Motor lines must be connected with encoder lines correctly
according to introductions.(for example,X axis motor encoder
lines and x axis motor color lines could only connect with X axis
driver,also must connect by encoder lines,otherwise will alarm
020)
L N on driver must be connected with 70-75V voltage at the
same time,otherwise will alarm 020
During assembling ,couplings or rack cannot beat
encoders,otherwise it is possible to let the encoder lines or
encoder wheel loosen,so lead to the alarm 020
Motor encoders cannot touch water,otherwise ,it will alarm 020
Driver parameters change note: before new machines
working,you could change the parameters 07 10 19 according to
your demands,others could change according to your machine
situation.
Alarm 020 mean,position error,.Drivers received the system
command,the driver motor in operation, its running position did
not reach the location according to the instruction requirement
Alarm 001 mean overcurrent.normally,Motor lines are in short
circuit,motor lines are not correct,motor lines is in electric
leakage or drivers are burned.
