Subject : 2023 NATIONAL SCUAA GAMES SCREENING COMMITTEE

Date : September 8, 2023

PASUC will hold the 2023 National SCUAA Games at the New Clark City and Province of Tarlac
from October 1-6, 2023. The Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) will serve as the host SUC,
and co-hosted by Region III SUCs.

In line with this, the submission and official screening of documents, including the eligibility
requirements, of the 2023 National SCUAA athletes, is scheduled from September 25 to 27,
2023, at the TSU Hostel, Tarlac State University, Lucinda Campus, Tarlac City.

Relative hereto, this is to request the active participation of your respective Regional Sports
Directors, together with two (2) additional representatives from your region, to be the official
members of the 2023 SCUAA National Screening Committee (NSC).

The agenda on the first day, September 25th, will begin with a briefing for all NSC members at
9:00 AM. This will provide an overview and guidelines for the activity. The actual submission
and screening process for the 16 participating regions will start promptly after the briefing.

It should be noted that the individual travel and transportation expenses that will be incurred
for this activity shall be charged against the respective Regional Sports Development funds,
subject to the usual accounting and auditing procedures.
