Dear Sir,

Virtual University of Pakistan is a Federally Chartered University in public sector delivering distance education by using the
information technology tools. The University is offering 4 years BS, 2 years ADP Degree Programs in various disciplines. Our
students are required to undertake 6 to 8 weeks internship as an essential part of their degree program in an esteemed
organization like yours. The purpose is to give exposure to the students about the rigors of practical life and to offer them
prospects of real-life business issues.

Saba Batool (Bc200408069) is a student of Associate Degree in Mass Communication. She has completed 62 credit hours and
06 credit hours are remaining to be eligible for the grant of degree. She is required to walk through the working / operations of
all the departments of your organization, during the internship period, to establish a comprehensive understanding of the whole
organization and its operations.

It is, therefore, requested that student may kindly be given an opportunity to do internship under your supervision and
command. We will be looking forward for your cooperation.
