Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Experienced professional to oversee all aspects of Government growth strategy and


planning.

You will be responsible for working at a strategic level to help the Government
department ground various investment proposals quickly and effectively, drive
operational efficiency and enable enhanced decision making

This high visibility role provides for various cross-functional areas such as:

 Responsible for managing and delivering strategic consulting engagements.


 Should be able to do market research, data analysis, financial modelling etc.
 Be able to quickly pick up key global and national trends
 Liaise with stakeholders across government departments and transform data-
led knowledge into specific strategic plans
 Primary sectors of focus will be Industrial Manufacturing or Hospitality
 Should be willing to located across various state government capitals across
India and won’t be limited to Major metros such as Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad,
Chennai, Bengaluru etc.
 Should possess broad understanding of government policies, latest trends in
policy driving investments, key regulatory processes integral to doing
business in India.
 Should ideally be interested in driving change and having impact through
Government policies and interventions

skills • Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills •

Who can apply:

 Postgraduates (MBA (preferably in General management, Strategy, Finance,


International Business, etc.) with relevant experience performing market
research, feasibility analysis etc. for manufacturing industry or Hospitality
Industry
 At least 3-5 years’ experience from non-consulting Background. If the
candidate has relevant consulting background, can consider lesser experience
as well.
 Strong project management skills, with keen interest in working with senior
public servants, IAS officers, Ministers etc.
 Strong delivery management experience, with proven track records in
managing and steering projects towards smooth execution and on-time
delivery.
 Ability to work with people from all backgrounds and sectors.
