RESOLUTION NO. 6 SERIES OF 2023

ENDORSING TO THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN MEMBERS THE APPLICATION OF


SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARARNGAY BILAD TO THE BUREAU OF INTERNAL
REVENUE (BIR).

WHEREAS, In an Endorsement dated last session addressed to the Sangguninang Barangay to


the Sangguniang Kabataan Application /Registration to the Bureau of Internal Revenue of the
Sangguniang Kabataan of Bilad

WHEREAS, after a deliberation on the matter, it was approved by the members of the
Sangguniang Kabataan to endorse favorably the application of the SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF
BILAD to the bureau of internal revenue (BIR)

ON MOTION of SK, Kagaawad Hon. Ronamie Grace Sumaoang, unanimously seconded by the
body;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to favorably endorse the APPLICATION OF SANGGUNIANG


KABTAAN OF BILAD to the BURREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE (BIR)

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copies of this resolution be furnished to the office of Department of
the Interior and Local Government (DILG), and other offices as it may deemed concerned.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that the above resolution valid and existing until revoke or amended.

APPROVED Unanimously.
