13 I a few decades ago had a friend who was in a nursing home and was very vulnerable to sweets,
14 as the doctor made clear he better not have any. Well I discovered that some persons were
15 visiting him and bring cakes to him. I discovered they had this friend signing documents and so
16 wanted to haste his death so they could then take possession of everything. Well, when I
17 discover this plot and reported it to the centre I was given the understanding that there was
18 nothing they could do to prevent cake being given to him. Well, I decided to ask the doctor to
19 assess my friend as to his mental capacity to understand and sign legal documents. Some days
20 later I was informed the doctor had made his assessment and held that my friend lacked the
21 capacity to understand the meaning and application, etc, of the legal documents. I upon this
22 made known to the people who came time and time again to bring cake that their signed
23 documentation was utterly useless. Well, the moment they discovered this they no longer came
24 around.

32 whether we are willing to do it or not. What kind of special means is there available

35 will highly destructive weapons such as nuclear weapons. We are not as foolish as to
36 want to perish together with America by using nuclear weapons, despite the fact that
37 we have been exclaiming that we will have the Taiwan issue resolved at whatever cost.
38 Only by using non-destructive weapons that can kill many people will we be able to
39 reserve America for ourselves. There has been rapid development of modern
40 biological technology, and new bio-weapons have been invented one after another. Of
41 course, we have not been idle, in the past years we have seized the opportunity to master
42 weapons of this kind. We are capable of achieving our purpose of “cleaning up” America
43 all of a sudden.

1 experience has proven that as long as we make it happen, nobody in the world can do
2 anything about us. Furthermore, if the United States as the leader is gone, then other
3 enemies have to surrender to us.

11 The U.K.’s pharmaceutical regulator, the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory
12 Agency (MHSA) was the recipient of £750,387 (approximately $950,000) in funding for
13 this project, which appears to support currently ongoing research in at least two U.K.
14 universities — the University of Birmingham and Brunel University London.
15 The U.K. government’s Regulators’ Pioneer Fund funded the project 2022. The funding
16 appears to originate from a January 2019 agreement between the U.K. government and the
17 WEF, “to lead [the] regulation revolution to foster industries of the future.”
18 As part of this agreement, the U.K. became the first country to partner with the
19 WEF’s Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution,” building on an “existing
20 collaboration” in the area of AI.

11 protection and can be held legally accountable. Any Member of Parliament merely engaging in
12 this kind of treasonous involvement in planning by this by s44 is disqualified from holding a seat

25 hospital emergency room, but when they come up, they’re worst case scenario situations.

7 credit card details for a simcard which is PREPAID and as such doesn’t require credit card

9 deluge of scam emails. That is my right but Optus when I seek to activate a simcard keeps
10 repeatedly asking me to go on a plan, even offering me a less cost than the simcard and more
11 benefits but I refuse. Now Optus not only demands my details of driver’s license but claim that
12 they also need my Medicare details besides a verification mobile number. This just show how
13 absurd it all goes because in reality it make not one of iota difference to any NATIONAL
14 SECURITY because a person can simply use another person’s identity and still get a simcard
15 activated. And it very clear that the “responsible Minister is grossly incompetent not having been
16 able to ensure that any identification system is the least intrusive and the least time consuming
17 and certainly doesn’t involve overseas (foreign) call centres where then those confidential details
18 can be sold on the black market.

20 I have virtually now stopped using any credit card usage as I became aware that CBA

28 If I were to request details about my grandson Dion Schorel then well they simply refuse to
29 provide them. When I made an FOI request to the then Premier Daniel Andrews regarding covid
30 issues he simply couldn’t bother to respond. When I made an elaborate FOI request in 2020/2021
31 to then (prime) Minister Scott Morrison he too couldn’t bother to respond. Yet, somehow the
32 U.N., WHO, W.E.F. can obtain this kind of information without even having to request it. This
33 is why the FOPI Act is deceptive, as it pretends that the Commonwealth can regulate how
34 information is obtained and really excluding those entitled upon such information while
35 themselves purportedly giving power to deny information requested often on the basis of
36 NATIONAL SECURITY, etc, this even so “national security” is not a term enshrined in the
37 constitution but a fabrication of politicians to really hide the truth and their wrongdoing.
38 When my son on Sunday 14 January 2024 asked me how to go about being denied to even talk to
39 his son Dion , even so his mother is not preventing this but the place he is staying the response
40 was that the place Hakma House leaves it up to the mother and “support group” to make
41 decisions. So, I asked for a copy of the court orders that authorised them in the first place to hold
42 Dion away from his father. The mother then contacted me that there were never any court orders.
43 This is precisely what I for over a year have been trying to establish but the State Government
44 wouldn’t provide information, because the reality is they kidnapped my grandson Dion, and the
45 local Member for Parliament is also the Minister for Police, and well in 2010 when we were
46 opposing candidates he even engaged the local council (while he then was a councillor) to
47 remove my banners and posters and have them slashed dumped in my driveway. The matter was
48 reported at the time to the police, who attended but that was the end of it.
49 As such, forget about a representation by a local Member of Parliament.
50 What proved is that no one seems to bother about the kidnapping of a child and jabbing the child
51 with the “gene therapy” DEPOPULATION bioweapon false claimed to be a covid vaccine all for

1 the good of the general community while politicians and judges who are more involved with
2 strangers somehow are not subject to the (unconstitutional) mandates. They obviously are either
3 immune to any what wee are told very dangerous virus or they know it is a “covid scam”.

5 Constitutionally any Member of Parliament is to represent all residents within their local area
6 and not just those who voted for him/her, but you find they generally betray their constituents
7 and follow party lines. The same is with Ministers, they are not commissioned by the Governor
8 or Governor-General because of their party affiliation but because they are chosen by the
9 Governor/Governor-General to be an “advisor” and for and on behalf of the Governor/Governor-
10 General to manage one or more Departments. Clearly, by this being associated with the WHO,
11 U.N., W.E.F. is a violation of their duties and obligations first as a Member of Parliament and
12 also as Minister. In my view that makes each and every one of them by their own doing a
13 TRAITOR.

15 What we need is less legislation that first of all is not against the “general community” but
16 against the wrong doers.

18 The Digital ID seems to serve only the foreign (enemy) powers and not Australians because I do
19 not need any Digital ID to know where I am and to make personal decisions. I do not accept that
20 the WHO, W.E.F., U.N., etc, has any place within our constitutional framework as to dictate
21 what I can eat, have as medication, etc.

23 In my view what every Member of Parliament first needs is a proper education as to what are the
24 true meaning and application of the legal principles embedded in the constitution and then how
25 to conduct themselves within those principles. It seems obvious to me that those claiming to be
26 lawyers lacked proper education in constitutional law!

28 We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal constitution!
