Mid Morning 1pm 1 bowl of papaya (150-200g) 1 pomegranate (powder ) makhana water 1 pomegranate melon 1katori
Start your lunch with
salads 1 bowl of cucumber + 1 blanched carrot salad with dressing- 1 teaspoon olive oil/ extra virgin coconut oil + salt + pepper
2 rice/jowar roti

Evening6-7 P.M.& mid 1 katori roasted makhana+ 1 1 katori puffed rice bhel 1 katori makhana almonds + ginger rice bhel + ginger whites + ginger
night if required green tea 1 cup vegetable soup + ginger water + ginger water water water water
1cup rice +tori curry egg salad 1 bowl + quinoa pulao 1 bowl

Bed time 1 glass gond ka tira water -1 tsp - soaked -8 hrs
