The Effect of Human Relation in Solving Conflicts in An Organization

This document discusses a study on the effect of human relations in solving conflicts in an organization. The study examined the relationships between conflict management, communication, and connections at work. 132 workers from two manufacturing companies in Ghana were surveyed. The results showed a significant positive relationship between conflict management and communication, as well as between communication and connections at work. The findings support the idea that better communication can help moderate the relationship between conflict management and connections at work. Effective management of conflicts through communication can improve trust between workers and help achieve organizational goals. The study provides guidance for managing conflicts and strengthening relationships among workers in organizations.
