Cloning and Snapshots
 SCCM based AVDs management, for security & applications patches and deployments,
upgrades, and updates.
 Good in End-User support for AVD environment
 Troubleshoot OS related issues in AVD
 Monitor and troubleshoot windows applications on the Citrix Farm servers.
 Knowledge in Appsense, Netscaler and Powershell scripting.
