Service Agreement(Visit To Employment Contract)

This Agreement was made on Tuesday dated 23/01/2024 Between:

1. Name of the Employer: Modern HOUSE OF MUSCAT


Hereinafter called the 1st party

2.Name of the Employee: Mr. Gyasuddin shah

Nationality: INDIAN Passport No: R5430637

Hereinafter is called the 2nd party

First party agreed to work on the following terms and condition :

1. Profession ARC welder

2. Agreement Terms 2 years (renewable)


3. Grade A2
4. Place of work H8FR+4FC, Muscat, Oman

5. Total Salary R.O. 170/- (R.O.100/- Basics R.O.70/-)

Food+ Accommodation + Transportation FREE

6. Period Of Contract 2 years

7. Daily working hours 09 hrs min. ( 08hours working + 1 hr. Lunch break )

8. Weekly working days 6 days(Saturday off)

9. Joining tickets By the Employee

10. Transportation By the company

11. Leave on completion of 2 year of service, 30 days leave.

12. Ticket once in two year

13. Accommodation Sharing Bachelor Accommodation

14. Medical Facilities provided by the company for acute disease

15. Compensation injury and death As per the Oman Labour Law

Note : Incase Employee will leave the job prior to expiry of the agreement term, Cost of Visa
and other expense of R.O 170 /- will be deducted. Your visa will be processed under any of

our group company.
