NOTICE OF ELECTION

December 11, 2023

Dear homeowner,

This is to inform you of our upcoming Election for Board of Directors and Association Committee
members. It is important for you attend and participate in this communal activity.

Date: December 17, 2023


Time: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Location: CH Woodsrow II Clubhouse

Enclosed is list of qualified HOA members who can nominate and vote for the following officer
positions:

 Six (6) Board of Directors


 Association Committee members (at least 3 members each)
- Grievance and Adjudication - Election
- Audit - Maintenance
- Peace and Order - Environment

All good standing members will get a copy of this notice with a nomination form. For members
who are not on the list but want to participate with the election, please reach out to Girlie at
our Clubhouse office – arrears must be up to date before 11:59pm on December 14. The
nomination form will be collected on December 14, Wednesday by Girlie, or you may submit
your form personally to our election officers:

 Elix De Guzman (Block 5 Lot 4)


 Felix Casalmer (Block 4 Lot 4)
 Jimmy Agripa Jr. (Block 3 Lot 15)
