GENERAL MANAGER, PREMIERA HOTEL KUALA LUMPUR
Premiera Hotel Kuala Lumpur is strategically located in the city's central business district, close to Jalan
Tuanku Abdul Rahman and Jalan Masjid India, offering modern accommodations and various facilities for
business or leisure purposes.
We are seeking a dynamic and suitably qualified candidate with substantial experience in the hospitality
industry related areas to fill in the General Manager, Premiera Hotel Kuala Lumpur (PHKL) position. PHKL
is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MARA Inc.
Major responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of the hotel operation and hotel management including the hotel targets in
achieving excellent guest experience. A General Manager requires to manage between profitability and
guest satisfaction measures. Perform strategies role in organising the hotel in terms of manpower, planning
and executing the operations.
Terms and Criteria:
The applicants should have the following minimum requirements:
• Malaysia Citizen and below 55 years old upon the closing date;
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Hotel Administration, Business Administration,
Hospitality Services or an equivalent certification;
• Experience of at least eight (8) years of General Manager role in hotel industry at a 4-star hotel or
above;
• Competent on Performance Management, Coordination, Financial Planning and Strategy; and
• Strong leadership and communications skills
This position is on CONTRACT basis.
