Successful Registration Page

You have successfully registered with the Fund via the HDMF Online Registration
system.

Do not forget to print your Member's Data Form (MDF) by clicking the "PRINT MDF"
button below. If a printer is not available, you may save your enrollment form as an
HTML file. Your MDF will serve as your proof of registration where you can locate the
generated Registration Tracking Number (RTN) which is the reference number for the
issuance of the Pag­IBIG MID number.

You will receive a text message confirming your registration together with your RTN.

Use the RTN when remitting your contributions while waiting for your Pag­IBIG ID No.
If employed locally, submit your RTN to your HR unit to enable the number­based
remittance of your contributions by your employer.

After 2 working days, you can verify your permanent Pag­IBIG ID Number by sending
a text message with the following format,

IDSTAT <space>[RTN]<space><Birthdate MM/DD/YYYY>


Example : IDSTAT 912365478925 12/24/1979

0917 888 4363 for GLOBE and TOUCH MOBILE


0918 898 4363 for SMART, TALK N TEXT, RED MOBILE and SUN
