“A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING HONORABLE
SENATOR FRANCIS N. TOLENTINO, SENATOR OF THE 19 TH CONGRESS,
SENATE OF THE PHILIPPINES TO ALLOCATE FUNDS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF RAIN COLLECTOR FOR THE COMFORT ROOM OF
BARANGAY COVERED COURT OF BARANGAY SAMPOLI-B DIPLAHAN,
ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY.”
WHEREAS, it is imperative for the Barangay Local Government Unit to promote the general
welfare of its constituents, ensure their safety and provide services and facilities intended for
their needs.
WHEREAS,a construction of rain collector for the comfort room of Barangay covered court. To
be used as water source if there’s a gathering, assembly beneficial to the general welfare of its
inhabitants.
WHEREAS,the comfort room of Barangay Covered court has no water to be used and it is
observed that rain can help a lot for the problem.
WHEREAS, the assistance from you Honorable Senator Francis N. Tolentino, Senator of the
19th Congress, Senate of the Philippines for this project is vital considering that the Barangay
has also limited funds for the implementation of other priority programs, projects, and activities.
NOWTHEREFORE; on motion by. Hon. Erlinda M. Baclas Barangay Kagawad and
unanimously seconded it was,

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOVED; to pass a Resolution Respectfully Requesting
Honorable Senator Francis N. Tolentino, Senator of the 19 th Congress, Senate of the
Philippines to Allocate Funds for The Construction of Rain Collector for the Comfort Room of
Barangay Covered Court of Barangay Sampoli-B, Diplahan, Zamboanga Sibugay”.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the copies of this resolution be furnish to, Office the Municipal
Mayor, Office of the Municipal Vice Mayor, Secretary to the Sangguniang Bayan Members,
Office of the MLGOO, all concern Offices for their Information and Appropriate Action.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED;
