Contest Pocky Share The Colours Of Happiness
Contest Period The Contest starts at 00:00:00 on 1st January 2024 and closes at
23:59:59 on 15th February 2024.
Eligibility The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents
in Malaysia aged 18 years and above with valid identification number
(MyKad or MyPR) as on 1st January 2024.
The following groups of persons shall not be eligible to participate in the
Contest:
(a) Employees of the Organiser and its group of companies and
their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents,
siblings, and their spouses);
(b) Employees of the Organiser’s agencies associated with the Contest
and their immediate families (spouse, children, parents, siblings,
and their spouses).
Entry Method WhatsApp
1. Purchase a minimum of Ringgit Malaysia Eighteen (RM18.00) of any
Pocky or Pejoy (“(“Non Japanese Made”) range of products
(“Participating Product”) in a single receipt within the Contest
period
2. The participating Products are as follows ;

4. Send the following information via WhatsApp to 019-3773360;
a. Clear picture of the Proof of Purchase/Receipt (s)
b. Full Name
c. MyKad Number
d. Answer
(e.g. ; Ong Wong Heng , 98xxxx-xx-xxxx, Yes/No)
5. Each Submission which complies with the terms of submission
above (including such Submission with the correct answer ,
personal details accompanied by a valid Proof of Purchase)
received by the Organiser during the Contest Period shall be valid
and will be serialized whereby one (1) serial number will be
allocated for every RM18 spent on a single receipt;
a) the single receipt contains purchases of Participating
Products worth a total of RM36, two (2) serial numbers will
be given.
b) the single receipt contains purchases of Participating
Products worth a total of RM55, three (3) serial numbers will
be given.
6. There is no limit to the amount of entries with valid purchases
during the Contest Period.
7. Retain the Original Receipt or Proof of Purchase for verification
purposes.
Entry Deadline All entries must be received by the Organiser on or before 23:59:59
on 15th February 2024.

• Validity of the purchased date ( within Contest period)

• E-Commerce receipt will be accepted as Proof Of Purchase
• No alteration of receipt in any form ; store name, item(s)
purchased, prices , quantity and transaction date

II. Hand-Written Receipts
III. Refund/Return of Purchase Slips
IV. Delivery Note
V. Receipts Not Printed From a Cash Register ( POS system)
Winner Selection 1. Each participant is eligible to win a maximum of two (02) prize(s)
during the Contest Period;
▪ one (01) Weekly Prize and one (01) Grand Prize OR
▪ one (01) Weekly Prize and one (01) First Prize OR
▪ one (01) Weekly Prize and one (01) Second Prize

2. The Organiser will contact all shortlisted Winners via WhatsApp or
contact the mobile numbers from which the Organiser received of
the Entry.
3. The Organizer will not be held liable in the event the shortlisted
winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. Another
winners will be picked if more than 5 calls are unanswered or
exceeded the stipulated time frame to revert for the verification.
4. Set out below is the weekly prizes tabulation schedule (each
referred to as “Contest Week”):

Weekly Prize :
50 x Angpow Touch ‘N Go e-Wallet Reload PIN worth RM38 each
There are Fifty (50) Weekly Prizes to be won weekly for seven [7]
weeks.
The winner will be determined based on the serialized number of
qualified entries received during the Contest Weekly Period, for
example: if there are 488 eligible entries received during the Contest
Week, this number will be divided by 50. Illustration of computation is
as follows: 488 ÷50 = 9.76*
The Weekly Prize winner is the 9th serial number entry as the first
winner and subsequent serial numbers with the multiplication of 9.
Computation winning serial numbers example ; 9, 9+9 = 18, 18 + 9 = 27,
27 + 9 = 36, 36 + 9 = 45 and so forth .
A total of 50 winners will be selected for each Contest Week .The
rounding formula will be performed where the decimal value arises ,
the number will be rounded down to the nearest single digit number.
Grand Prize : 2 x Angpow (Cash Prize) worth RM2,888 each
There are two [2] Grand Prizes to be won for the entire Contest Period.
The odds of winning the Grand Prize depends on the total number of
eligible Entries received during the Contest Period.
If the total numbers of serials allocated based on the eligible entries
received during the whole Contest Period is 6188 , the number will then
be divided with two [2], for example;
6188 ÷ 2 = 3094*.
Entry bearing the serial number 3094* will be selected as the first
winner and subsequent serial numbers with the multiplication of 3094.
Computation winning serial numbers example ; 3094, 3094+3094 =
6188.
A total of 2 winners will be selected at the end of the contest period.

The rounding formula will be performed where the decimal value arises,
the number will be rounded down to the nearest single digit number.
First Prize : 3 x Angpow (Cash Prize) worth RM988 each
There are Three [3] First Prizes to be won throughout the Contest
Period. The odds of winning the First Prize depends on the total number
of eligible Entries received during the Contest Period.
If the total numbers of serials allocated based on the eligible entries
received during the whole Contest Period is 6188 , the number will then
be deducted along with Grand Prize winner’s entry/entries (Assuming
there are *28 entries from Grand Prize winners ) , the number will then
be divided with Three (3), for example;
6188 – 28 = 6160 ÷ 3 = 2053.5*
Entry bearing the serial number 2053* will be selected as the first winner
and subsequent serial number bearing 4106* and 6159*. Computation
example: 2053, 2053+2053= 4106 , 4106 + 2053 = 6159) .
A total of 3 winners will be selected at the end of the contest period.
The rounding formula will be performed where the decimal value arises,
the number will be rounded down to the nearest single digit number.
Second Prize : 8 x Angpow (Cash Prize) worth RM688 each
There are Eight [8] Second Prizes to be won throughout the Contest
Period. The odds of winning the Second Prize depends on the total
number of eligible Entries received during the Contest Period.
If the total numbers of serials allocated based on the eligible entries
received during the whole Contest Period is 6188 , the number will then
be deducted along with Grand Prize and First Prize winner’s
entry/entries (Assuming there are *28 entries from Grand Prize winners
and *39 entries from First Prize winners ) , the number will then be
divided with Three (3), for example;
6188 – (28+39) = 6121 ÷ 8 = 765.1*
Entry bearing the serial number 765* will be selected as the first winner
and subsequent serial number bearing 1530*, 2295*, 3060*, 3825*,
4590*, 5355* and 6120*. Computation example: 765, 765+765= 1530 ,
1530 + 765 = 2295) .
A total of 8 winners will be selected at the end of the contest period.

Winners will be notified via WhatsApp. The list of winners will also be
announced on the Organizer’s social media

The Organiser shall reserve the right to request for evidence of the
original Proof of Purchase (hardcopy) for verification and prize
redemption. Failure to produce the hard copy of the Proof of Purchase
upon request will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.

Prize Claim & Delivery 1. Prize(s) will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the
Participants within 3 – 4 weeks after the Contest Period date; 15th
February 2024. The Organiser reserves the right to at its absolute
discretion to extend the timeline as the Organiser deems
necessary.
2. All Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN Prize worth RM38 will be
processed to be sent to winners via WhatsApp application from the
contest number 019-377 3360 to the contact number which the
Organiser received in the Entries. Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload PIN
usage is subject to Touch‘n Go Terms & conditions;

3. For Angpow cash prizes, winners will be informed via WhatsApp
from the contest number 019-377 3360 to the contact number
which the Organiser received in the Entries to request for Bank
account details as part of the Prize fulfilment process ;
i. Name of the bank where the Winner has an active bank
account maintained (“Active Bank Account”);
ii. Account number of the Active Bank Account ( Jointly held
bank account is not allowed )
iii. Full name of the Winner as per record of the Active Bank
Account ( Jointly held bank account is notr
iv. allowed )
Failure to provide the required details for prize fulfilment will result
in forfeiture of the prize. The Organizer will not be held liable in the
event the winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons.
4. The Organiser shall exercise care in delivering the Prize[s] but the
Organiser will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt,
delayed or damaged delivery of the Prize(s) to the Participant[s].
All unclaimed Prize[s] will be forfeited.
5. Organiser shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to
substitute any of the Prize[s] shown with another Premium of

similar value, at any time without prior notice. No cash alternatives
or refunds will be offered.
6. Any additional costs not specifically stated in the Terms &
Conditions of Entry in relation to a Prize shall be the responsibility
of the Winner.
7. Prize(s) are given out on an “as it is” basis. The Prize shall be
used/taken entirely at the risk of the Participants and the Organiser
excludes all warranties and liabilities in connection with the Prize
to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Prizes are strictly not transferable, assignable, exchangeable or
redeemable by the Participant in any other form or manner other
than that specified by the Organiser.
Additional Terms 1. The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior
notice, and without any liability to any person, at any time to change
the Terms and Conditions including to change the Contest Period,
make Prize substitutions, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest
in whole or in part. In the event of any changes to the Terms and
Conditions, Participants agree that their continued participation in
the Contest will constitute their acceptance of the Terms and
Conditions.
2. The Organiser, and/or representatives shall not be liable to any
Participant in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever which is
suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss,
or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the Participant arising
out of or in connection with the participation by the Participant in
the Contest, as well as the redemption and/or utilisation of any
Prize won.
3. The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest
including judging and selection of winners will be final, binding and
conclusive on all Participants, and no correspondence or appeals
will be entertained.
4. By participating in this Contest, participants consent to give their
personal information and the Organiser reserves the right to
publish, use the participants and winners’ names and/or
photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising
and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each
participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their
entries by the Organiser.
5. By submitting an entry to the Contest, Participants are deemed to
have understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and
Conditions.
