1. Logging in to Tagetik through WEB

Tagetik address: http://10.101.13.105:8080/tagetikcpm

After typing this address into browser window, the following screen should appear where the user should provide
his/hers username and password according to below rules:

Username: name.surname

Password: password from email sent by HQ – after first logging in system requires changing password

Please note, that in case of connection from outside of office VPN connection to datacenter in ASEE Romania
must be established first.

After loging in following screen should appear:

2. Excel add-in

As well as through the web, Tagetik environment can be accessed through excel. In order to gain this access,
Tagetik excel add-in should be installed. Excel add-in installation package can be downloaded from Tagetik web
view. After logging in and clicking on the username in the upper right corner, menu should appear where
„Download” option should be chosen.

List with various add-ins and templates should appear from which Excel add-in should be choosen

When the installation package will be downloaded, it should be extracted and the installation file should be run:

After this, installation screen should appear:

When the installation process is completed new tab in Excel view should appear. In order to access Tagetik
environment, the connection needs to be configured:

New connection should be added and it’s name should be typed in:

In the URL box, Tagetik URL address should be typed in and saved

When the connection is configured, the user can log in through the excel. After pressing green „Login” buton
screen will appear where username and password should be provided:

The Username and Password are the same as logging in through the web.
