ACCORDANCE WITH LAW, WITHIN SUCH TIME AS THIS

HONBLE COURT DEEMS FIT AND PROPER.

THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING,

THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:

ORDER

Heard Sri. S.A. Nishad, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner and have perused the material on record.

2. The petitioner is before this Court seeking a

direction to the concerned Court to dispose the matrimonial

case in M.C.No.206/2015 within a time frame that would be

stipulated at the hands of this Court.

3. The proceedings for annulment of marriage was

instituted by the petitioner on 12.01.2015 and close to eight

years have passed by and the proceedings are still pending

before the concerned Court. In the light of the issue being

eight years old, I deem it appropriate to direct the concerned

Court to endeavour to conclude the proceedings, as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate, during the six months

from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not earlier.

4. It is needless to observe that the parties before the

concerned Court shall co-operate for a speedy disposal.

Ordered accordingly.
