A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICIAL SIGNATORIES OF THE PUNONG BARANGAY IN THE PERSON
OF HON. REY S. APELIAS TO THE BUREAU OF TREASURY, ZAMBOANGA CITY AND FOR ALL TRANSACTION
OF BARANGAY CONCEPCION, ALICIA, ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY.

WHEREAS; In accordance with subsisting Law, Both Elected Officials of the first aboved- cited Barangay must be the
authorized Signatories in the realization of the above purposes postulated.

NOW THEREFORE; Be it Resolved, as it is hereby resolved, to authorize the Punong Barangay Hon. Rey S. Apelias,
to the official signatories for All Transaction of Barangay Concepcion, Alicia, Zamboanga Sibugay at BUREAU OF
TREASURY, ZAMBOANGA CITY.

`RESOLVED FURTHER, THAT THIS RESOLUTION REMAINS EFFECTIVE, SUBSISTING AND HAS NOT BEEN
REVOKED, AMENDED AND SUPERSEDED and to purvey the Municipal Treasurer’s Office and other Concerned
Offices with a transcript of this resolution for their information and guidance.
