LabUReader Plus 2, DocUReader 2 PRO and Urised mini LAN connection example

Urised mini LAN settings:

Please careful at the Urised mini LAN settings because the Urised mini has two LAN cards one for the Camera and
one for the Local area.
You should set only the Local area IP address.
The default port is 49510 for the chemical devices.
Please check the firewall of the Urised mini as well and if it is necessary disable the firewall.

Check and set the Chemical analyzer settings:

LabUreader Plus 2 settings
Ethernet settings:

Output serttings:
DocUReader 2 PRO settings
Ethernet settings

Output serttings:
Urised mini and laboratory LIS
Transfer type settings in the Urised mini for the laboratory network.

This example shows the transfer type HL7.

You should set the IP address in the Transfer type which is same with the host IP address.
If you want to send the results to the host computer you should set the Communication enabled check box.

Since the Urised mini has only one LAN output, that means if you want to use the LIS of the laboratory as
well in this case you should use an Ethernet switch device.

e.g. You can plug the ethernet cable from the chemical analyser to the switch slot 1, you can plug in the
ethernet cable from the Urised mini to the switch slot 2 , and one ethernet cable goes to the host PC. from
the switch slot 3 . Or

You can use the RS232 serial port for the connection of the host as well. Thus you not need an Ethernet
switch.
