(The B0@ of the items of work to be carried out for the proposed COS is based on the detailed drawings/design submitted for the said structures, (1) Rate analysis is based on latest revision of Schedule of Rates, PWD, Unnao and Banda, MORTH Standard Data Book 2019 and DSR, (ii) Bitumen and Emulsion rate has been considered ex-IOCL Mathura refinery. (iv) Design charges considered @ 1% as per SOP (Ref.03). () QBN cost for PUPs/SVUPs and maintenance of the lighting arrangements for the Concession Period has been considered on NPV basis. (i) This COS Proposal is inclusive of premium as per CI.16.2.2 of the CA and is 32%. (vil) Escalation has been considered since the applicable SOR has not been revised for more than 12 months prior to COS Notice date. 2. In case, additional time is required to construct these additional works under Change of Scope, that will be analyzed from the date of issuance of COS Order by the Authority and accordingly the additional time requirement for COS works will be submitted after receipt of the COS Order, 7R ef HURPLILION-JV-BCLLC/2085 Date: 31* Jan 2024 3. The total estimate for the instant COS work is for Rs. 205.38 Cr.
