1. Laser Tube Cutting Machine Introduction
SMART TUBE6035Pro laser tube cutting machine is manufactured by HGTECH
according to international export standard. This series of equipment is the preferred
model for the metal tube processing industry. It has strong cutting capacity, "flying"
cutting speed, ultra-high stability, high-quality processing, extremely low operating
costs, and super high adaptability.
The SMART TUBE6035Pro laser tube cutting machine can perform high-speed,
high-quality laser cutting on round tubes, square tubes, rectangular tubes, and oval
tubes. The cutting section has no burrs or slag. The cutting shape can be
diversified for any shape requirement.
SMART TUBE6035 Pro laser tube cutting machine adopts World’s highest
efficiency and advanced structure, motor gear rack drive, transmission components
such as gearbox, guide rails and rack and pinion, which are all well-known foreign
brands. It is featured by stable structure, good rigidity, light weight, and high
dynamic response. It is a high-performance laser tube cutting machine.

4. laser cutting special function
4.1 CNC Control System (TubePro FSCUT3000)
The control system consists of numerical control systems, PLC and control
cabinet.etc.
HGTECH adopt the control system develop based on TubePro FSCUT3000,
dedicated for laser cutting, FSCUT3000, have modular, openness and unity
structure, easy to operate, programming, it’s a kind of visualization and
provide a function for all technology innovation platform. With high-speed
high-precision closed-loop control system digital servo, and supplemented
automation system, FSCUT3000 provides a suitable for complex machining
tasks, and has a high level of precision dynamic digital sound system.
With the openness of HMI, CNC and PLD, we’re accurately use it to laser
processing control as per our experience. FSCUT3000 offers the openness of
the NC core. With the open structure and high computing performance of the
FSCUT3000powerline, during use CNC function, able to have flexible, fast
and economical way to implement numbers of innovation laser processing
machine tool motions.
4.2 Handheld Operating Unit
HGTECH own developed Handheld Operating Unit, use Profibus and NCU
communication, with less cable and high reliability. Integrated digital input,
digital output, digital potentiometer signal, MPG, etc…
Very convenience during worker debugging and operation.

4.3 Software generated processing code
CAD/CAM software can read 3D graphics that transformed from SolidWorks
drawings, and can also draw standard tube cutting graphics in CAD/CAM
software.
Once the part is imported or drawn, the CAD/CAM software will automatically
generate the laser cutting path and the optimal cutting parameters, and
automatically set the cutting best solution.
The software has automatic optimization statistics. The software can
automatically arrange the workpieces under each raw material according to the
length of the workpiece and the cut angle combined with the length of the raw
materials to minimize the remnant material.
The processing code can be imported into the device by USB at one time, and
can also be sent directly from the computer to the device by network and a
computer.
4.4 Auto-feeding system
The tube will be transport one by one to the machine bed.
The sensor on the bed automatically senses the tube and execute the mounting
program.
The clamped tube will be transported to the standby position, waiting for
cutting.

4.5 Feeding and Guiding Function
System can automatically hold and guide the single tube by the main chuck.
During the cutting process, the support frame can lift the tube.
Chucks are suitable for different tube clamping.
The chuck can self-center.
The tube end does not need to be polished, tube end with burrs is automatically
cut after feeding.

4.6 Automatic Cutting Function
The feeding system automatically delivers the tube to be cut to the bed chuck.
The machine tool automatically completes the clamping of the tube and clamps the tube into the
machining state with the chuck.
According to the user's pre-set processing procedures and parameters for automatic cutting.
During the cutting process, X, Y, Z, and A axes work together to complete the part cutting during
output of laser beam.
The machine tool has a professional tube cutting database and can be modified and saved at any
time during the cutting process.
The finished workpiece falls onto the stocker, and tailings and cutting waste fall into the waste
bin.
After cutting, machine is transferred to the next feeding state.

4.7 Unloading System
After laser cutting, the tube can be hold and dropped to the plate automatically. The holder will
protect the tube from falling down and scratch.
4.7 Security Protection Function
Digital interlocks and safety devices are installed in the laser to ensure that the
laser is not turned on for safe operation and maintenance.
The perimeter of the cutting area is protected to protect the operator from motion
system and laser reflections.
Laser cutting machine interlock protection, when the cutting head reaches the
stroke dead point or when the collision occurs, the laser is turned off.
Protective device, in line with the general technical conditions of
GB15760-1995 machine tool safety protection.

7. Training and After-sales Service
"HGTECH" invested 80 million CNY in the establishment of China's largest and
international leading Laser Processing Development Center, which brings together
well-known experts, engineers and technicians. All of them are, in close connection
with actual business and customer needs, engaged in the development and promotion
of laser processing technology. We can provide our customer with expert guidance
and process software data service in terms of laser cutting.
7.1 Technical Training
The laser processing industry has become a high-tech industry, which requires high
quality operators and maintenance personnel not only to better operating but also
maintaining the machine in a good condition. Our Laser Processing Technology
Training Center can provide free training to customer's technical staff (college
degree or above, 1-3 staffs) in terms of equipment operation, maintenance and
process technology. The training lasts for 5 days. After installation and
commissioning at user's site, our technical expert will continue to stay on site for
further training and guidance until user's technical staffs can work independently.

7.2 After sales service
1) During the warranty period, after receiving the buyer’s maintenance notice, the
seller followed up and responded within 2 hours. If the failure could not be
resolved by telephone or email, the seller's technical service personnel would be
within 24 hours (up to a maximum of 48 hours). Arrived at the user equipment
site.
2) During the warranty period, due to the equipment failure caused by the machine
tool's own quality problems, the seller shall repair and replace the defective
parts free of charge. The laser generator, laser cutting head, servo motor,
machine tool bed and other important parts must be replaced unconditionally.
Belong to user's violation of equipment caused by the operation of the damage
and failure, the seller charges maintenance costs;
3) Outside the warranty period, the seller continues to provide services and will
receive maintenance payment.

8.2 Assistance from Buyer
The seller is responsible for installation, commissioning and delivery, the consumed
materials and workpieces that needed for commissioning are to be borne by the
buyer, special materials used by the machine are to be borne by the seller. The buyer
is required to assist in following :
1) The buyer is required to do the preparatory works in accordance with the
foundation drawing, user self-preparation list and equipment working
conditions that provided by the buyer.
2) The buyer is responsible for unloading and placing of the machine at installation
site, the seller is responsible for the installation, commissioning and training.
3) The buyer is required to provide the conventional tools for installation and
commissioning.

9. Acceptance and Warranty
The final acceptance: It is to be carried out after the completion of commissioning at
buyer's site, qualified inspection and demonstration of CNC control system.
Meanwhile, the technical training of machine operation and maintenance will also be
carried out after acceptance. The final acceptance will come into effect after the
signature from both the buyer and seller.

Equipment warranty period: The warranty period is one year (optical lenses,
ceramic rings, nozzles and other consumables are not included) from the date of
