Operation Guide-ICT Academy Student Voucher Application

The exam voucher (exam voucher & discount voucher) will be valid for a period of not more than 12 months and cannot be

extended or replaced after the issuance (the validity period starts from the issuance date of the exam voucher). The voucher will be

directly issued to the ICT Academy Students’ Huawei account on Talent Platform. The voucher can only be used by the students

themselves and cannot be transferred. Huawei ICT Academy students must comply with the Huawei ICT Academy Exam Voucher

Steps on Voucher Application for ICT Academy Students

1. Become an ICT Academy Student Register an uniPortal account and associate to an ICT Academy

2. Complete Identity Verification Fill in identity information

3. Submit the Voucher Application Submit the application based on the related requirements.

4. Wait for the Approval Check the application status and wait for approval.

5. Receive the Voucher Students can check the issued voucher details on Talent Platform.

2. Register a Huawei Account.

4. Select the Academy

Click the "+" in” My Academy”, select the academy and click “Save”.

2. Complete Identity Verification

Log in https://e.huawei.com/en/talent/#/cert?navType=authNavKey Click “Identify verification” to complete Identify

verification.

3. Submit the Voucher Application

1. Enter “User Center”> “My Vouncher”>”Apply”，Click” ICT Academy Student”，select “Exam Voucher”/

“Discount Voucher”.

2. Select the “Exam Voucher Name”, “Exam Method”, and confirm your “ICT Academy”.

Click “Submit” and wait for the approval from the ICT Academy administrator and Huawei administrator.

Note: For “Exam Method”, please select “onsite” for taking the exam in VUE center, if taking the exam online, please select “online” in the
drop-down list.

4. Wait for the Approval

Check the result of your application in “My Voucher”> “Application Record”.

5. Receive the Voucher

ICT Academy Student can Log in “ My Voucher” in “User Center” to check the voucher details.
