 Analyzed and projected MIS, budgets, cash flow, and financials, while also conducting comprehensive financial analysis.
 Finalized accounts, adhering to both IFRS and India GAAP, including consolidation.
 Implemented various synergies, improvement initiatives, and cost reduction strategies.
