 Acquired from Exxon Mobil Corp., the Poly Films business exceeding 3k crore was handed over, comprising plants in Europe,
  the USA, and a corporate office in Luxembourg.
 Analyzed and projected MIS, budgets, cash flow, and financials, while also conducting comprehensive financial analysis.
 Finalized accounts, adhering to both IFRS and India GAAP, including consolidation.
 Implemented various synergies, improvement initiatives, and cost reduction strategies.
 Raised funds for short-term and long-term requirements.
