1. Responsible to achieve the electrical engineering construction objectives by reviewing
electrical engineering design and providing the change recommendations,

engineering consultant and EPC contractor,
3. Supervise EPC contractor to achieve electrical construction objective,
4. Supervise staff including annual review process, mentoring and guiding to improve
