Tower Foundations, Power Transformer foundation, Cable Ducts, Slab Casting, Road,
and Drainages )
• Site supervision of all types of culverts, and hume pipe laying etc.{ such as raft, footing,
abutment, retain wall, kerb, deck slab Stone pitching etc).
• Conducting & preparation of test reports such as cube test , Slumb cone test, bricks ,
aggregate etc,
• Preparation of bar bending schedules.
• Preparing Quantity of materials, such as Cement, Fine Aggregate, Coarse aggregate and
Bricks etc.
• Preparing Quantity of Material,such as Steel, Angles, Channels, Rails and Flats etc.
• Handling of Dumpy level and Thedolite instruments.
• Verification of Site leveling, Earth work cutting and filling.
• Checking Switchyard Equipment earthing, ground earthing flat laying, and welding
activities etc.
• Verification of structural members such as RCC Raft, footings, pedestals, Grade beams,
plinth beams, Columns, lintel cum sunshade, Slab beam and roof Slab etc as per
drawings.
• Verification of architectural works such as brick masonry after checking first course,
internal and external plastering put level pegs for alignment, plumb and appropriate
dimensions for opening.
• Checking out the workmanship after plastering such as alignment plumb corner angles
surface condition curing etc. point out the defect and get them rectified.
• Preparation of Sub contractor’s measurement sheets, Billing etc.
• Preparation of bill and measurement sheets.
• Quantity Survey.
• Drawing Approval follow up with client.
• Planning & Allocation of Man power.
• Preparation of Daily progress report and Interact with top level management.
