Q: Is Charmander route still viable for WR?

A: Although it is slightly slower, yes it is. From personal experience, I
chose to run Charmander route instead of Squirtle for a much easier
early game.

Q: Is there a video guide on manipulating the right Charmander?

A: Not that I know of. However, there is one for Squirtle which uses
the same program and has the same idea.

Q: Eontimer is not working for me. Can I use something else to hit the
frame?
A: Yes, you can use livesplit. Start it at the same time as eontimer, and
set the time start to -.13

> On Gen 3 Starter Manip program type in these for minimum stats:
HP:X

> You are looking for Mild, Rash, or Quiet nature so check those off.
- Set Min. Frame to 4050
- Set Max Frame to 5300
> Hover over Start on Eontimer, then click it at the same time as choosing your name.

> Right when you gain control, look at your Trainer ID. Type it in on your Starter Manip
program, then search for starters with your requirements. If there are none, reset and try
again.

> Look at your target frame of the Charmander you want. Subtract 18 and put that
number in Eontimer, then hit update.

> Clear the textbox “This Pokemon is really quite energetic” when eontimer fully counts
down on its last click.

> If you need to stall turns to get in Blaze, you can use Pokeflute to do so

> Rare Candy twice to reach level 43. Heal to about 40 HP, toss Moon Stone.
- Giovanni: FT x2, X Spec, FT x2
> Escape Rope out, and Potion if you need to. (Make sure you’re still in Blaze)
SAFFRON GYM
- Sabrina: WA, FT, Ember, FT
> Escape Rope, fly to Celadon City and head to Cycling Road.

CYCLING ROAD
> Manipulate the bikers. This will take some practice
> Grab the hidden Rare Candy and hidden Elixir

SAFARI ZONE
> Grab Sunny Day (SD)
> Skip the Full Restore
> If necessary grab the Revive if you cannot tank Sludge
> Grab the Gold Teeth
> Grab HM03, then Fly to Fuchsia City.

FUCHSIA GYM
- Juggler: WA x4 (If not in Blaze use an X Special)
> On spinner manip, use 1 Rare Candy, and Max Elixir. Heal to at least 34 HP on
neutral def.

> Exit the gym and bike to the Warden’s house.
> Grab Strength
> Teach Strength and Surf to your Lapras (Slot 1 and 2)
> Heal to around 70 HP
> If you did not candy for Koga, use 2 Rare Candies
> Use a Max Repel
> Fly to Pallet Town and Surf to Cinnabar Mansion

CINNABAR MANSION
> If you have slow speed, grab the Carbos
> Grab the hidden Elixir
> Grab the key then Escape Rope out. Bike to Cinnabar gym

> Head through route 23 to Victory Road

> Grab the Rare Candy
> After second Max Repels wears off, use Rare Candies to reach LVL 53, give
Charizard the Carbos if you have it, and teach SD over Ember (Slot 1).
> Head out of Victory Road
