APPLICATION PROCESS
STEP 1 – How to apply?
i. Complete the Application form for Admission.
ii. Submit the Application for admission with all relevant documents and the application fees of RM250
(non-refundable) to the school at the following address

iii. Payment of the application fee may be made via cheque, cash or credit card. Cheque payable to
CRESCENDO INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL SDN BHD.
STEP 2 – What’s Next?
i. The school will schedule a PLACEMENT ASSESSMENT for prospective students.
ii. Admission of a student into CHIS is subjected to the availability of places, school records and a
satisfactory placement test results
STEP 3 – Confirmation of Acceptance
i. The Letter of Offer will be issued by the school to all successful applicants
ii. The acceptance of the offer must be confirmed with the payment of the Registration Fees,
Refundable deposits, Term Fee and Resource Fees within the timeline as stipulated in the Letter of
Offer. Beyond this timeline the conditions of Offer may be adjusted at the discretion of the Board.

Application Fee (non-refundable, one-time) : RM250.00 per application
* Payable upon submission of the Application Form.
Registration Fee (non-refundable, one-time payment) : RM2,000.00
* Payable upon receipt of the offer of the place, within the timeline as stipulated in the Letter of Offer.
Deposit (one-time payment) : RM5,000.00
* The deposit is refunded on the condition that one term’s written notice of withdrawal is given in advance to the
school regardless of whether the child is in school.
* The written notice must be received and acknowledged by the school on or prior to the commencement of the term
the student who intends to withdraw.

Activities
i) The School Fees and Resources and Fees will be invoiced termly. The due dates for payments are
at the end of each prevailing term (e.g. at the end of Term 1, Terms 2 fees are payable). For new
students, the fees are due before commencement of the School term at CHIS.

Administration Fee is chargeable for payment made in Finance Office when paid by cash, cheque or
credit card. Invoice equal or less than RM1000 = RM10, Invoice
more than RM1000 = RM50
● If the entire amount of the invoice is paid via UOB bank virtual account, there is NO Admin Fee to be paid.
Fees are subject to yearly increase. Crescendo-HELP International School reserve the right to review its
Schedule of Fees without prior notification.
