Garbage are stored in the metal bins in engine room and properly

4 WORK SHOP SAFETY YES NO REMARKS

1. Safety Goggles are in place for all equipment.


2. Grinding Machine Eye protection guard is clearly visible and
without any damage.
3. Oxygen & Actylene pipe have flash back arrested installed in work
shop.

4. Welding cable is in good condition with Electrical Hazard symbol
displayed.
4. Confirm welding area has fireproof curtain in place and used.
5. Is there Emergency foot stop provided for Grinding machine or
lathe machine.

b Any Garbage drums in Engine room are of metal with cover.

1. Hot Work checklist for workshop is displayed in Workshop area.


2. Safety Poster are displayed in workshop (Hot work, Electrical

8 LIFEBOAT & RESCUE BOAT YES NO REMARKS

1. Lifeboat Engine is tested weekly and working satisfactory.


2. Is Fuel Oil level in both the tanks is more than 90% capacity.

3. Engine Oil level is checked on weekly basis and toped up if,
required.
