Dear Sir;

We would like to request for an Inspection and Certification of the Concrete Road that we have constructed
going to and from our Quarry leading to Iris Liwag Quarry, Clare Leogarda Dizon Quarry and Leogarda P.
Dizon Quarry.
This is in compliance for the Municipal Ordinance # 20 series of 2020 that mandates all Quarry Entrance
and Exit to be concreted and follow the specifications for the road.
