Ans: Zeus blames Percy for stealing Zeus's master bolt because evidently the Gods cannot steal each other’s power but their children have no such boundaries so he suspects that Poseidon may have told Percy to steal it so as to strike a deal with Zeus and get more powerful as gods have been fighting for power for eons. In addition, Percy was in New York during the time of stealing which grew strong suspicion in Zeus’s mind. 8. Describe Percy’s dream. What do you think it means? Ans: Percy's dream is about a horse and an eagle fighting. I think it means it is about Poseidon and Zeus fighting over saying that Poseidon stole the lightning bolt. I think the horse is Poseidon because he created horses and I think Zeus is the eagle because he is the God of the sky.
