BARANGAY RESOLUTION No. 12-2023


A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BARANGAY TREASURER TO WITHRAW AN AMOUNT OF ONE
HUNDRED TWENTY THIUSAND PESOS (120,000.00) FOR THE TRAVEL EXPENSES ON THE NATIONAL
CAPABILTY BUILDING CONFERENCE ON CIVIL REGISTRATION AT DAVAO CITY ON AUGUST 7-11, 2023.

WHEREAS, the Local Civil Registrar has a conference call regarding the registration of people
and more knowledge for registration;
WHEREAS, the Local Civil Registrar believes that every barangay official should know the laws in
implementation of registrations.

WHEREAS, the leadership of Barangay Matabao council is very willing to support the Local Civil
Registration especially in gathering information and extending the much-needed human resources to
curb population in the entire Barangay;
WHEREAS, upon motion by Kagawad Mark Lester Deloso and unanimously seconded, be it
resolved as it is hereby resolved to withdraw an amount of one hundred twenty thousand pesos
(120,000.00) for the travel expenses on the National Capability Building Conference on civil registration
at Davao City on august 7-11, 2023.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished to the concerned offices for
their information and guidance

APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY by the council this 2nd day of September, 2023 during the 18 th
Regular Session held at Barangay Matabao, Buenavista, Agusan del Norte.
