The Physical Security Professional (PSP)® Board certification provides demonstrable knowledge and
experience in threat assessment and risk analysis; integrated physical security systems, and the

earn the PSP are ASIS Board certified in physical security.

The PSP® designation is one of the most widely recognised physical security management

The Intensive 5 schedule


1) Days 1-2: Familiarise delegates with the Protection of Assets (POA) Domains and also
the relevant ASIS Standards and Guidelines. The timetable of study is explained, as
well as what approach is required of delegates

2) Days 3-4: Explain, consolidate and discuss the POA Domains and to test delegate
knowledge, as well as pinpoint where further personal revision should be focused.

3) Day 5: Mock exams are completed and feedback provided and discussed.

The examination fee, the set reading materials and accommodation during the classroom course
are not included in the ARC Training study package fee. The ARC Training team are more than
happy to provide booking support where needed.

Applying for the PSP® Certification Exam


Qualification is by computer-based examination. Application to sit this should be made directly
through ASIS International via the ASIS website.

The examination is conducted by ASIS International at a number of Prometric test centres around
the UK and internationally. Prospective candidates are responsible for checking their eligibility to
sit the examination and for registering directly with ASIS International. Further details of the subject
matter, set reading materials, examination entry criteria, exam application form and Prometric test
centres can be found on the ASIS website.
