the residence permit (Iqama), work permit ‫ ﻭﻣﺎ‬،‫ ﻭﺗﺠﺪﻳﺪﻫﻤﺎ‬،‫ ﻭﺭﺧﺼﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ‬،‫ﺍﻹﻗﺎﻣﺔ‬
and their renewal fees and the consequent ‫ ﻭﺭﺳﻮﻡ‬،‫ﻳﺘﺮﺗﺐ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺄﺧﻴﺮ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﻏﺮﺍﻣﺎﺕ‬

deceased worker and transporting it to the ‫ ﻭﻧﻘﻠﻪ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺔ‬،‫ﺟﺜﻤﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ‬
location where the contract was concluded, ‫ ﺃﻭ ﺍﺳﺘﻘﺪﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ‬،‫ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺃﺑﺮﻡ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ‬
or where the worker was recruited unless ‫ ﻣﺎﻟﻢ ﻳﺪﻓﻦ ﺑﻤﻮﺍﻓﻘﺔ ﺫﻭﻳﻪ ﺩﺍﺧﻞ‬،‫ﻣﻨﻬﺎ‬
the worker is interred in the Kingdom with ‫ ﺃﻭ ﺗﻠﺘﺰﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺆﺳﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ‬،‫ﺍﻟﻤﻤﻠﻜﺔ‬
the approval of worker's family. The first
‫ﻟﻠﺘﺄﻣﻴﻨﺎﺕ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ‬
party shall be relieved if the General
Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI)
undertakes the same
8.7. Paying the first party's wages and settle his ‫ ﺩﻓﻊ ﺃﺟﺮ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻭﺗﺼﻔﻴﺔ‬.7.8
entitlements within a maximum period of ‫ ﻣﻦ ﺗﺎﺭﻳﺦ‬-‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻷﻛﺜﺮ‬- ‫ﺣﻘﻮﻗﻪ ﺧﻼﻝ ﺃﺳﺒﻮﻉ‬
one week from the date of the end of the ‫ ﺃﻣﺎ ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﺎﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻣﻞ‬.‫ﺍﻧﺘﻬﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻌﻼﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪﻳﺔ‬

contract, the employer shall settle all his ‫ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺗﺼﻔﻴﺔ ﺣﻘﻮﻗﻪ ﻛﺎﻣﻠﺔ ﺧﻼﻝ ﻣﺪﺓ ﻻ‬

9.1. To finish assigned in accordance with the ‫ ﺇﻧﺠﺎﺯ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﻛﻞ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ؛ ﻭﻓﻘﺎ ﻷﺻﻮﻝ‬.1.9
principles of the profession and in ‫ ﺇﺫﺍ‬،‫ ﻭﻭﻓﻖ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻤﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ ﺍﻷﻭﻝ‬،‫ﺍﻟﻤﻬﻨﺔ‬

10. General Provisions ‫ ﺃﺣﻜﺎﻡ ﻋﺎﻣﺔ‬.10

10.1. The Labor Law and its executive ‫ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﻭﻻﺋﺤﺘﻪ ﺍﻟﺘﻨﻔﻴﺬﻳﺔ‬.1.10
regulations and the ministerial regulations ‫ﻭﺍﻟﻠﻮﺍﺋﺢ ﻭﺍﻟﻘﺮﺍﺭﺍﺕ ﺍﻟﻮﺯﺍﺭﻳﺔ ﻭﻻﺋﺤﺔ ﺗﻨﻈﻴﻢ‬
and resolutions and the organization's ‫ﺍﻟﻌﻤﻞ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﻨﺸﺄﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺘﻤﺪﺓ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻭﺯﺍﺭﺓ‬
work regulation approved by the Ministry ،‫ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ‬
of Human Resources and Social ‫ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺍﺟﻊ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻱ ﺑﻨﺪ ﺃﻭ ﺃﻣﺮ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺮﺩ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺺ‬

replaces all previous agreements and ‫ﺍﻟﻜﺘﺎﺑﻴﺔ ﺇﻥ ﻭﺟﺪﺕ‬

10.2. Both parties agreed that the addresses ‫ ﺍﺗﻔﻖ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎﻥ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻌﻨﺎﻭﻳﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺿﺤﺔ‬.2.10

10.3. Both parties acknowledge that they have ‫ ﻳﻘﺮ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎﻥ ﺑﺎﻧﻬﻤﺎ ﻗﺪ ﻋﻠﻤﺎ ﻭﻓﻬﻤﺎ ﻛﻞ‬.3.10

10.5. References to any law, regulation, ‫ ﺗﻔﺴﺮ ﺍﻹﺷﺎﺭﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺃﻱ ﻧﻈﺎﻡ ﺃﻭ ﻻﺋﺤﺔ ﺃﻭ‬.5.10
